By clicking submit, Applicant consents to allow Plymouthtowne Apartments or its agent and employees, to obtain and verify credit information, criminal history, consumer report, employment income, and landlord references, for any purpose, including qualifying applicant for residency. Applicant understands that should he/she lease an apartment, Plymouthtowne Apartments shall have a continuing right to review these items. Plymouthtowne Apartments may obtain information from any source and may exchange credit information with consumer reporting agencies. Applicant also affirms that all information in this application is true, complete and makes this representation knowing that if any such information proves false, Plymouthtowne Apartments may cancel and annul any lease given in reliance upon such information. 

Rent is due and payable on the first of each month at 126 W. Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. Accepted forms of payment include check, money order, certified check, ACH transaction, credit card (3.5-4% fee Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

Resident Qualification Acknowledgement

In order to assist you with your decision on your new home, we are providing a list of guidelines used to qualify applicants for residency in our community. Nothing contained in these requirements shall constitute representation by Plymouthtowne Apartments that all residents and occupants currently residing in our community have met or currently meet these guidelines. Our policy is to require everyone ages 18 or over to be a lessee and therefore, must be approved as a lessee. Subject to their compliance with applicable laws, qualification standards include, but are not limited to the following criteria: 


IDENTIFICATION: All applicants must present a valid government issued photo identification card for each person age 18 years and older that will be living in the apartment. INCOME: All applicants must have a combined verifiable source of income in an amount in accordance with current community guidelines, approximately four (4) times the rental rate. 


GUARANTORS: If a guarantor is required, they must meet the entire qualifying criteria as presented above. All guarantors must have a verifiable source of income greater than that required of applicant.


CREDIT HISTORY: Our third-party credit reporting agency provides credit and rental history. An unsatisfactory or insufficient finding may result in the requirement of an additional deposit, guarantor, or denial. Applicants are responsible for ensuring their credit history is accurate. 


CRIMINAL HISTORY: Our investigation includes criminal background screening. It is possible your application may be denied due to criminal convictions. 


PETS: One cat per apartment is permitted with the applicable pet fees. (Both refundable and non-refundable)


OCCUPANCY: The following occupancy standards apply base on two (2) persons per bedroom: One bedroom, up to two people. Two bedrooms, up to four people.


RENTAL RATES AND LEASE TERMS: The rental rate quoted is associated with the overall apartment availability at the time of your inquiry, move in date and lease term requested. Quoted rental rates and specials are subject to change daily.
